One-day Reiki Retreat
Knowledge - Reflection – Meditation

Including any handouts, a healthy light lunch,
drinks and snacks throughout the day.
Itinerary:
* Smudging Ceremony, followed by a short informal talk on Native American Indian ‘Cleansing’ practices by Kevin.
* Meditation.
* Create your own Mandala for healing, followed by a Circle of Light.
* Lunch – enjoy a healthy light lunch (vegetarian options)
* Reflection on the changes and spirituality that learning and practicing Reiki may
have brought to your life.
* Creating ceremony.
* Reiki shares – the treatment room will be open all day for anyone who would like
to give, receive or share healing.
* ‘Promise Box’.
* Closing meditation.
This is a special day for connecting with like-minded people, for sharing knowledge and experiences and seeking new perspectives. Take this time out to refresh and renew, tend
