Hopi Ear Candling
Using special candles made of cotton, beeswax and various herbs, ear candling is a safe, gentle and relaxing treatment which induces a pleasant feeling of warmth and a balance of pressure in the ears, forehead and sinuses. It is soothing and helpful for earache and headache, ear noise, stress and nervousness. It can be used by both adults and children, and is a stress and pain free alternative to syringing. Hopi Ear Candling can induce a deep feeling of relaxation and well-being, and bring relief from sinus pain.
The treatment takes 10-12 minutes for each ear, and is combined with a wonderfully relaxing facial, sinus, neck and ear massage using massage cream or aromatherapy oils. This treatment is particularly recommended for anyone suffering from sinus problems, or who may be going diving or travelling by plane. Ear Candling is gentle enough to be used on children over the age of 5 years.

Reflexology
Reflexology is a form of natural healing that brings balance to the whole body by stimulating reflexes on the feet that correspond to every organ, system and part of the body. It stimulates self-healing and leaves you feeling relaxed and walking on air. It is suitable for all ages, non-ticklish and to me all feet are beautiful.
This treatment lasts 1 hour and includes cleanse, warm-up, reflexology treatment, re-cleanse, massage with moisturising foot therapy cream or revitalising foot spray, and consultation on treatment findings.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
This technique is relatively new to the UK, but used extensively in the USA, and once learned is a tool for life. It works by impacting directly on the body's energy flow, like acupuncture and acupressure, and is practiced fully clothed and seated.
This technique is gentle, works fast and is incredibly effective. It can be applied to any human problem that has an emotional or mental component, including fears, phobias, addiction, depression, weight problems and many physical problems that are neuro-somatic. In other cases of physical illness, reducing the emotional stress and fear reduces the pain and speeds recovery. As part of your treatment plan you will be taught how to use EFT at home.

Reiki
The Usui system of natural energy healing is a very simple method of 'hands on' holistic healing that is safe, non-intrusive and gentle. The Reiki (Universal Life Force Energy) is channeled through the attuned practitioner and passed onto the client, releasing blocked energy and creating a feeling of balance, harmony and well-being. It is a holistic way of treating many physical and emotional conditions and is wonderfully relaxing.
I offer courses in Reiki First, Second and Master Degrees in the traditional Usui System of Natural Energy Healing. Don't forget to ask me if you would like to have your Chakras (energy centers) balanced before your Reiki treatment. Many people enjoy having this done as it helps them to feel calm and relaxed and I am happy to do this free of charge.
Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage is a traditional technique performed over clothes to the head and upper part of the body. It is deeply relaxing, leaves you with a clear head and can effectively de-stress the whole body. Sweet Almond or authentic Indian Jasmine hair oil can be used to stimulate hair growth, add lustre and aid massage if desired.

The Bliss Massage
Perhaps the most relaxing massage ever! This wonderfully pampering massage was designed in response to my clients who suffer from neck and shoulder stiffness, especially from using the computer or driving on a regular basis. This blissful massage is performed with the client laying on their back, face-up, and combines the use of aromatherapy oils with an upper chest, shoulder, upper back and neck massage, with elements of a Shiatsu facial and Indian Head massage, finishing with a stimulating ear massage. Blissful Bed Head
Using Chamomile Roman Aromatherapy essential oil, renowned throughout history for its ability to soothe the mind, condition the hair and scalp, and rejuvenatethe skin, this treatment is an Indian Head Massage with a twist! Performed seated, with a large modesty towel wrapped around the chest, problem areas, such as the shoulders and neck, can be tackled, along with the more traditional elements of Indian Head Massage. This treatment also includes a soothing mini facial massage and a full Chakra balance.
This treatment is not one to have before a night on the town – not only will you be completely relaxed after receiving it, but you might also like to leave the oils on for a few hours after treatment to truly let them do their job of deeply conditioning your hair.

* If you would like your Chakras balanced, please just ask and I will be happy to do this free of charge as part of your treatment.
* All the treatments times are approximate as they are tailor made to suit the client. If I feel that a client needsextra time I will make it available. I would therefore ask you to be on time, as appointments can only be held for 20 minutes after booking time.
* With respect, if you wish to cancel your appointment please notify me at least 24 hours in advance or you will be invoiced for the full cost of your treatment.
* Please allow an extra 30 minutes for your first appointment for a full free consultation to be taken. This will enable me to tailor your treatment to meet your specific needs and help you to enjoy the maximum benefits from it.
* I regret to say that my policy has changed and I am only able to offer Aromatherapy, Holistic and Bliss massage to my female clients.
* Many of the above treatments can be safely adapted to suit children.
