This comprehensive course will introduce you to the principles of reflexology and will enable you to safely perform a 30-minute reflexology routine on yourself, family and friends, by the end of the day.
Emotional Freedom Technique Self-Help Day
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) enables you to banish all those fears, phobias and mental and emotional blocks that are holding you back in life.
Hopi Ear Candling for Home Use
By the end of the day you will be able to carry out a full Hopi Ear Candling treatment, including a simple neck and head massage, safely on your own family. There will be an extra cost of £7 per pair of ear candles used during the day.
Meditation and Visualization for Everyday Life
