Investing in your own mental, emotional and physical well-being is the single most important thing that you can do for yourself, and for those around you. Putting yourself first means that you can be there for yourself and for those you love...looking after yourself is not selfish, it is self-love!
You are an individual and so what you need to help you has to be individually tailored for you. There is no set number of treatment sessions for anyone, as it all depends on your needs, expectations, what you are trying to achieve and the commitment that you are willing to make to change. My suggestion would always be that we have a free telephone consultation to begin with, followed by your first online session, so that we can get to know each other, I can explain how I can help you, we can get started on the work needed...and we can then decide together where to go from there. Sometimes that one session is all you may need!
I can use each of the following therapies individually to help you:

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
However, I find that blending all three of the above together into one targeted treatment of Integrated Therapy can yield faster, more effective and longer lasting results.

Your first session - £75.00 - 1.5hours (will include an in-depth consultation and designing a bespoke treatment plan)
Individual follow-up sessions - £75 - 1.5 hours

Initial telephone consultation - FREE
First session £40.00 - 1 hour and 20 minutes - including consultation, designing a bespoke treatment plan, chakra cleanse/balance and aftercare advice
All follow-up Reiki sessions - £40 - 1 hour
Summary of terms and conditions:
* Payment is required at time of booking via online banking.
* I ask for at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend a session for any reason. If less than 24 hours notice
is given, in the case of illness or other legitimate reason, every effort will be made to rebook your session at a
mutually convenient time and date. If less than 24 hours notice is given for any other reason, or in the case of 'no
shows', the full cost of the treatment session is payable and will be charged.
* All sessions are strictly confidential.
* If needed, reasonable homework will be given during the session, this is to help you continue the work that we are
doing together at home and is part of your commitment to yourself and your progression. This may take the form
of some mindfulness or meditation exercises, a sleep sheet with lots of hints and tips on how to get a better nights
sleep or maybe some advice on better hydration or relaxation tips. Although homework is designed to help you to
feel better and get the most out of our sessions, it is entirely optional.
A more in-depth summary can be found under the heading 'More' above. Prior to our first online meeting I will email a copy of my Terms and Conditions and a Consultation Form to you, to be signed and returned to me before our first session.

All of the treatments offered on this website are 'Complementary' and work hand-in-hand with traditional western medicine. They are also 'Holistic', treating both the mind and body, which also means they have a positive effect on the 'spirit', helping you to enjoy your life and reach your full potential.
You may have spent a number of weeks, months or even years getting to the point you are now and so more than one session may be needed to clear stubborn or long-held issues, however, this will be discussed at your consultation. Therapy is a partnership and as such please be prepared to participate in sessions and do some suggested 'homework' yourself if need be.
